Corporate Go Karting

• 20 minutes Qualifying followed by 20 minute Race. ,Complimentary drink and 1 hour Private area hire.
• Sessions 9AM to 11PM. Check availability

All drivers will receive a 20 minute Qualifying session plus a 20-minute sprint Race. All drivers will race together at the same time and the winner is the driver who sets the fastest lap. This is a great event to experience the thrill of karting and to learn the track.

All drivers will receive an instant email providing a race and lap analysis to compare against their friends and the rest of the group.

Private area hire for 1 hour will be available after the karting event has finished.

Complimentary drink includes soft drink, bottle of beer or glass of wine.

Driver Essentials pack including race balaclava and gloves is included for every racer.

All participants must be 14 years old and above.

All loose items such as head scarves, jewellery, hoodies must be removed. Long hair must be tied up and secured.

All drivers must report to the reception 30 minutes prior to their time stated on their booking confirmation.

Suitable clothing must be worn, no open-toed shoes – ideally trainers.

All participants must be in good health and must make the team aware of any health issues prior to racing if not disclosed at the time of booking.

All safety equipment will be provided – Race suit, Gloves, Helmet, and Balaclava.

For all participants under 18, a guardian must be present at all times and they will be required to sign the waiver.

Capital Karts Terms and Conditions

All drivers are required to purchase a Driver Essentials Pack of race balaclava and gloves for £3.50 per person.

Delivery Policy

Once a customer has purchased an event online, over the phone, or via walk-in, the customer is entitled to participate in that event only. Multiple purchases can be made by a customer in a single transaction as well as a single customer being allowed to make multiple transactions.

Upon arrival at the venue for a purchased event and in the interests of security, the customer is required to show the Credit/Debit card used to complete the transaction.

ALL drivers are required to produce a valid form of ID when signing in, we reserve the right to refuse entry to those without a valid form of ID.

Return, Refund, Cancellation Policies

There is no return, refund, or cancellation allowed on any transaction. Once payment has been taken for an event it cannot be modified in any way. Failure to show for the event will result in the driver losing that event, with any future events being taken as a new booking.
